Further, chest X-ray, CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, blood tests, Epstein-barr viral infection testing and biopsy are done for the confirmation of the disease. The treatment for nasopharyngeal cancer includes, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgery and biological drug treatment.
